Ordering at AncientFaces Safe & Easy.

Once you have found an item that you would like to purchase, click 'Buy Now' to begin the Checkout process. (Or, click 'Checkout' if you are beginning the process from your Shopping Cart) Make sure to read the description of the item and note item availability and shipping time.

You will be asked to enter your name, email address, billing and shipping information, and your credit card or checking information. Your personal and financial information is kept secure and confidential with AncientFaces. Once you have reviewed your order, click the final 'Purchase' button and your order will be completed. AncientFaces will charge your credit card for the appropriate amount and transfer the funds (minus our fee) to the Seller. The Seller never sees your billing or credit card information.

Once your order has been processed, an email confirmation is sent to you, the Buyer. Simultaneously, an email is sent to the Seller to inform him or her of the order. The Seller will contact you via email within two (2) business days of receiving your order to gather any additional information and to give you an approximate shipping time.

The AncientFaces Marketplace provides a safe and secure environment for buying and selling. On those rare occasions when an item isn't in the expected condition, or is different than was described in the Marketplace listing, the Seller is responsible for refunding or exchanging the item. The Buyer should contact the Seller immediately if he or she has any problems with his or her order. The Seller's email address can be found on the confirmation email that we send to you upon the successful completion of your order.

If there is an argument or a dispute, AncientFaces will sometimes act as the mediator between the Buyer & Seller and will take appropriate actions to resolve the disagreement.
