Return & Refund PoliciesYour Seller wants to provide you with a high level of service and support. However, each Seller's customer service policy varies and you should always be familiar with the Seller's policies before buying from them. AncientFaces provides the Marketplace on an as-is basis and does not guarantee any of the items. However, we work hard with our sellers and customers to make AncientFaces a friendly and secure Marketplace.
Returns: If you would like to receive an exchange or refund you must return the item to the Seller immediately. The shipping and handling charges for returning the item are the Buyer's responsibility. The item must be postmarked within one week of receipt and you must return your item to the Seller in the same condition you received it.
Refunds: The Seller may choose to either refund the Buyer directly (e.g. check, money order, PayPal, etc.), or ask AncientFaces to fully refund the Buyer's credit card. The Seller bears the fees that the company incurs for an refunds. It is important for Sellers to actively manage and update their item listings in order to minimize customer dissatisfaction. In the rare occurrence of a disagreement, AncientFaces will sometimes act as the mediator between the Buyer & Seller and take appropriate actions to resolve the dispute. |
