How Selling in the AncientFaces Marketplace worksSelling at AncientFaces is easy. Anyone can sell items related to family, traditions, or the past. Whether you have a unique item or hundreds of items, the Marketplace is the perfect way to sell at the price that you set.1. Sign up to become a Seller by clicking any of the buttons. You will be asked to verify your identity, choose how you would like to receive payments, and enter a basic Seller bio. 2. Create a listing for each item you wish to sell. Make sure to describe your item, enter order information the buyer should know, and set your price. You choose the category under which you want your item listed. If the category does not already exist, simply enter one of your choice. 3. Once your item is purchased, we collect the payment from the Buyer and notify you of the sale. AncientFaces keeps a fee of $1.00 plus a percentage of the total dollar amount for each item and credits the rest to your Seller Account. (See below for our current rates.)
You will be charged the transaction fees when your item is purchased whether or not you consummate the sale with the buyer. Always maintain and update your item listings. You can discontinue your listing at any time. 4. Within two (2) business days of the email notifying you of the order, you must contact the Buyer via email to gather any remaining information, confirm their order, and give the Buyer an approximate shipping time. You can easily access an updated, detailed balance of your Seller Account and edit any of your item listings from 'My Account'. You have the option of receiving payments either by direct deposit into your checking account or a physical check can be mailed to you on the 1st of every month. Listing items and becoming a Seller in the Marketplace is FREE. Your item will be listed in the Marketplace for sixty (60) days. An email will be sent to you and will include details on how to quickly re-list your item before your item expires. |
