This place will be a work in progress... I hope to post various items; documents, photos, etc. related to our Avery family who originally hailed from England, & our Suprise/ Surprise / Surprenant family who hailed from Quebec, Canada & further back from France. Both of my Gr Grandparents families settled in Ottawa Co., Ohio. The photo here is of our Dad, Marlin Eugene Avery, taken ca. 1942-1944. Dad served in the US Navy during WWII.
