Wally entered the Army Medical Corp well before WW II and spent most of his ;time at Chanute Field, Rantool, Illinois reaching the grade of Master Sgt. Otto was in the army during WW I. Bill was in the navy before WW II, got out and reenlisted during WW II. Lynn was in the Army during the Korean War, went to AAA OCS at Ft Bliss, Texas and separated as 2st Lt., 10 Dec 1953, later promoted and discharged as 1st Lt.
