He was my grandpa who I loved dearly & miss every day!
He was a good & kind man of honor & integrity.
He was very hard working, but was always available to help neighbors & friends as well as spend time with his grandchildren. He taught me so very much! Every moment of that time spent with him is so very precious now!
In retirement, he & my grandma shared their bounty from the vegetable garden along with fresh baked goodies with neighbors & friends, with extra focus on single mothers & others who were struggling. He was involved with his community & a great asset. He will be remembered fondly by all who knew him.

Claire was my grandfather. He loved to keep up with politics & world/local news. He watched sports (particularly, wrestling & boxing, which could be comical to see), westerns, & comedies; many times, while munching peanuts. He, also, loved clam-digging & fishing; as well as buying, collecting, & repairing all kinds of gadgets & appliances. He spent hours gardening & playing dice games with his grandkids. He read novels, based on westerns, & several presidents' biographies. My fondest memories are of our games & helping him in the garden. I love & miss him, to this very day. May his soul be rested in everlasting & blessed peace.
