Emma Barnes Smith, Dr Cora Smith King, and Sylvia Smith King around 1930. The photo states that it was taken between 1910 and 1935, but it looks to be around 1930 to me.

Dr Cora Smith King was a suffragist from Seattle Washington who was an active member of the Advisory Council of the Congressional Union for Women Suffrage and Treasurer of the National Council of Women Voter. She was also on the Board of Directors of the National American Woman Suffrage Association. Obviously, she believed in women's rights!

This looks to be a family portrait although I don't know the relationship of the women.
