David Justin Marsiguerra, 21, died of a gun shot wound, Sunday, Nov. 4,
2001, on Cooper Road. He was born Dec. 14, 1979, in Carmel, and was a
lifelong resident of Monterey. He was a 1998 graduate of Pacific Grove
Adult School. He was proud of his Sicilian heritage and was the
great-grandson of Pietro Ferrante, a pioneer of the Monterey sardine
industry. Survivors: Parents, Joe and RoseMarie Marsiguerra of
Monterey; brothers, Chris Marsiguerra of Monterey and Peter Marsiguerra
of Salinas; his niece; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
