Harry Wilson was born on 03 Jan 1887 in Rushville, Buchanan, Missouri, a child of Andrew M Wilson and Emaline F Lewis. He was also known as Harry Monroe Wilson. He was physically described in 1917 as, white, short, had a slender build, and had brown eyes and brown hair. When he was 28, he married Josephine Prudence Key, daughter of George Ackles Key and Lillie May Kerns, on 26 Oct 1915 in Dover, Lafayette, Missouri. Harry Wilson lived in Kansas City, Jackson, Missouri on 26 Oct 1915. He and Josephine and three children, two daughters and a son, with her. He was 29 when he registered for the draft during World War I on 05 Jun 1917 in Lexington, Lafayette, Missouri where he was employed as a Railroad Section hand for the Missouri Pacific Railway Company. He lived in Lexington, Lafayette, Missouri on 24 Jun 1917, when his first born child, Lena, was born. He lived in Lexington, Lafayette, Missouri, USA on 20 Feb 1918, when Lena died.On 15 May 1919 he lived in Lexington, Lafayette, Missouri when his son, Edward was born. He was living in Lexington, Lafayette, Missouri on 1 Jan 1920, with his wife Josephine and son Edward in the household of his father in-law. On April 27, 1942 Harry registered for the World War II draft, when he was living at 609 Delaware in Kansas City, Missouri. Also on 27 Apr 1942 his occupation was working for the C. B. & Q R. R. Alliance Division and his employer was J J Grier. In 1942 he is physically described as being 5'6", weighing 135 lbs, having hazel eyes and brown hair, being of light complexion. He lived in Atchison, Atchison, Kansas on 01 Feb 1956. He lived at 419 Q St, Atchison, Kansas in 1959 and 1961. His funeral took place on 17 Nov 1961 at the Prichard Funeral Home in Excelsior Springs, Clay, Missouri. He was buried on 17 Nov 1961 at Crown Hill Cemetery in Excelsior Springs, Clay, Missouri in an unmarked grave.
