Michael James Culver was born on October 20, 1968. His father was Choctaw and his mother was half white and half black.
In 1988 he attended Northeast Oklahoma A&M College. He enlisted into the Navy on April 20, 1988 and served in the Navy until July 15, 1990.
Michael is the father of two daughters, Brit Reed and another daughter of an unknown name. His second daughter Brittany was born on December 5, 1988.
According to records it states, "Michael was 22 years old at the time of Brittany's birth. He had thick, black had and a dark complexion. He was 5'7 to 5'8 and weighed about 180 pounds. He had brown eyes that sometimes appeared green. He was a dancer and a gymnast. Because of these activities, his legs were very muscular. Michael's father was Choctaw and his mother was half Black and half Anglo."
Michael was unaware of the birth of his second daughter Brittany until he was notified in April 1989 while on active duty on the U.S.S. LaSalle.
Michael lived in Tulsa, Ok in the last years of his life. He died on November 29, 1988. His obituary was published on December 1, 1988 in the Tulsa World Newspaper.
