Janice Brewer Mildred was born the 4th child of Alvin August Gerhardt Tredemeyer and Clara Mae Mischer on March 11, 1929. She grew up in Old Glory, Texas, Luna, New Mexico; Alamo, Texas. She was 11 years old in 1940, living with her mom and dad, sister lorraine and brother Travis Roy in Luna, New Mexico. She met and married Ralph E Brewer, of Arizona, formerly Bedford Indiana, in december of 1950.
