William Tinker ELKINS [1890-1967] was son of Alfred Hammer ELKINS. Alfred Hammer was son of Damiel M ELKINS and Eliza MILLARD. Leah Bise HART was daughter of William Elisha HART and Sarah Emily BENIUS. Leah was the first wife of William Tinker ELKINS. They were married 7 Mar 1915 in Wise Co VA and divorced around WWII [or shortly after]. Leah married secondly to Hillary Thomas HOWARD, 1922 in Washington DC
