1856 Elizabeth Ann Rentfro Settlement
June Sessions - Knox Co., TN. - May 1856 Settlement - Elizabeth A. Rentfro was the sister of Amanda Mary Renfro. Amanda Mary was the wife of Curd Cox b. 1827 (a grandson of old Curd Cox). Notation on the settlement refers to this Curd Cox being the guardian of 2 minor (Brown) children. It is thought Elizabeth had children w/an unknown _ Brown, likely a relative of her sister-in-law Sarah Brown Renfro. No marriage has yet been found in the records. ( DCox - Halls Crossroads )
