This 1914 Deed explains that Elizabeth Cox was the daughter of John Major & inherited this property in north Knox Co. in her father's Oct. 1867 will. John Major had purchased the property from Absolom Hankins & wife Celey in 1836. Location is off Emory on Stormer Road, near its' intersection with Beeler Loop Road. See sketch of property also submitted. DCox-Halls Crossroads
