This is a wonderful photo. I'm trying to get a precise location in this neighborhood of a school called Clermont Academy run by my gr-gr-grandfather from the 1820's -1840's. It was located at the junction of Hart Lane (now W. Lehigh Ave.) and Nicetown Lane (Now W. Hunting Park Ave.). I believe it must have been located either in present-day Laurel Hill Cem. or Mt Peace Cem, or possibly Mt. Vernon Cem. I would appreciate any information you might have.
