This is Andrew Alvie McKinney. Son of Missouri Ann Perkins McKinney and John William McKinney. Uncle Andrew is the only surviving child of Missouri Perkins & John McKinney. They lived in the Carroll/Gallatin/Owen Counties of Kentucky.
