Arthur Carlile or Frank Wilson
This is either Arthur Carlile or Frank Wilson. My grandmother had an older brother Frank who looks similiar to this picture very late in life. My uncle is not sure and thinks this could possibly be my grandmother's brother in law, Arthur Carlile who married her sister Mattie Mae. Picture was probably taken in Oklahoma or Texas.
