Benjamin P. Day
This is a photo of my grandfather, Benjamin P. Day. There is a marriage document in Ben Day's ancestry record. It lists his mother as "Ida K" and his father as "Benj P." It took quite a long time to determine that Ida Ketterman was his mother. She was not married to Benjamin P Day but appears to have had two sons by him and two other children by different fathers before her own marriage. My grandfather was born near Macksville in Pendleton County, WV on 26 Nov 1885. He died 6 Feb 1966 in Berlin, Somerset County, PA. He was married to Bertie Lee Iser.
Date & Place: in Blaine, West Virginia USA
