Bernie is the tall one by the jeep.Don't know who the other one is. Don't know where the one of Bernie alone was taken. I met him during WW#2 at Camp Kilmer in N.J.I believe his birth date was Mar.22,1922 & death according to SS.Death index was Feb.16,2003.
I have many pictures he sent to me and think a member of his family would like to have them. He was from International Falls,MN. He had a daughter Carol Lee Knapp born Jan.9,1949.My maiden name was Frieda Zabel. Now married name is Simonsen. My e-mail is stonyred@aol.com ... show more
