Billie Jay Segura was born in Apple Valley, California to father Juan Jose and mother Alice . She has an identical twin named Bobbie and were the first bicentennial twins in the state of California in 1976. She was a loving, brave, outspoken woman who never ceased to amaze us all. She loved everyone and everyone loved her. Her legacy lives on in us.
