I have done some further checking o this photo and find an actual date on the back of 28 March 1948

Bob and daughter Frances
Whoever sent this to my Great Grandmother wrote "Bob, Vern's boy and his baby Frances. Edith made Frances' coat."
The Mystery
I know these people are related to us through the Verzani line becaue they were in my Great Grandmother's Verzani family photo album but would like to know who they are beyond the first names as I cannot find anything of help in the compiled family histories
