I believe this picture is of the Brice Woody that was the son of Samuel and Hannah Woody 1832-1922.

Brice Woody, son of John and Mary Woody. Born 28 Dec 1805 in Tennessee. Died 11 Dec 1865 in Texas.
Yes that is Brice son of Samuel and Hannah Woody. Born 22 Feb 1837 and died 5 Sept 1922. Brice rode with the Texas Rangers in the early days of the state as confirmed by the Ranger Muster Rolls
