Carol was adopted with one of her birth siblings (Linda Sue) by John Earl Vaughn Jr and Frances Auree (Thomson) Vaughn. Carol had 3 children from 2 relationships (All 3 children were taken and adopted out of the family): 1) Carol married Joel Eichler. DAUGHTER: Birth Name: Catherine Elaine Eichler born 9/18/1979 - She was adopted and name was changed to now Jeanie Marie Branum. She married Kenneth Brasseaux. Carol & Joel later divorced. 2) Carol had a relationship with an unknown married man. They 1 child (1 daughter): DAUGHTER: Birth Name: Tanya Michelle Eichler born 11/21/1986. - She was adopted and name was changed, but her adoptive information is unknown at this time. Carol & the unknown married man ended their relationship. Carol was reunited with Samuel Eichler & Catherine Elaine Eichler (now named Bradley Branum & Jeanie Marie Branum) when they were grown. Carol & Catherine (now named Jeanie) remained close and lived next door to each other until Carol's death. Rachel & Manuel divorced and Rachel was able to get a few of the kids back while others were adopted out of the family or never adopted and aged out of the system. Then remarried Miller. 2) DAUGHTER: Birth Name: Rita Fay (Breshears) Moore Meadows Lowery born 12/11/1951. She was not adopted and aged out of the system. Her birth name did not change. Later married Moore. Then remarried Meadows. Then remarried Lowery. 3) DAUGHTER: Birth Name: Shirley Jean Breshears born 11/22/1956 - She was adopted and name was changed to Carol Ann Vaughn. Later married Eichler. She died 2/3/2019. 4) SON: Birth Name: Tommy Breshears born 7/10/1950. He grew up with birth family (was not adopted out). His birth name did not change. 5) SON: Birth Name: Robbie Breshears born 6/5/1954. He grew up with birth family (was not adopted out).
