Chicago White Sox Player, IL, 1930's

An unkknown Chicago White Sox player, probably taken in the 1930's. i tried a few years ago to find out who this White Sox player was. but i couldn't find out anything. maybe someone can help me. i would really like to know.

Diane Nagel thanks so much i have had these's photo's for years but never found out who he was. wow 1927 i didn't think they where that old. but leased i have a name now.

Michael Miller It might be worth it to send the photo to the Baseball Hall of Fame. They have a tremendous library where they can maybe help you with the research.

Daniel Pinna Diane, thanks to Obit of the Day, I believe we have found out who this is:
"Actually it’s from 1938. It’s Hall of Famer Tony Lazzeri, best known as the 2B of the 1927 Yankees. The Cubs won the NL pennant that year but lost to the Joe DiMaggio/Lou Gehrig led Yankees, who were on their way to winning the 3rd of 4 consecutive World Series."
