Christian Aichberg - Santa Cruz Photographer
The back of the photo is a good advertisement for Christian Aichberg, who ran a studio at 103 Pacific Ave., Santa Cruz, from 1887-1892. Christian died in 1888, but his wife continued to run the studio for several more years.

At half past one oâÂÂclock this morning C. Aichberg, the photographer, died of BrightâÂÂs disease of the kidneys, from which complaint he had been a long sufferer. He leaves a wife and a daughter."
