This picture was taken in 1911. Clark was a merchant for a local store, owned by a dear friend. The Murdock Mercantile. He was only 34 when he had a heart attack at work. After his death, life changed to the greatest degree.a Mother with no support, Edith raised her two children, by taking in washing and sewing. Than the depression came which took it's tole once again in 1929. To hear her talk about those days, she said they were good one and bad ones. But most of all there was love, an abundant of love, and many prayers.
