David S. Marrs, son of Mulkey Watts Marrs was born 21 May 1860 in Webster Co., Kentucky. Dave passed away on 5 Jul 1944 in Springfield, Missouri. He is buried in Phillipsburg Cemetery, Phillipsburg, Laclede Co., Missouri.

Dave married Pernecia Ann Howard on 21 Oct 1879 in Gallatin Co., Illinois. She was born Oct 1858 somewhere in Kentucky. I have eight children to her credit. Nothing more is known about her.
