Delilah Hunsaker Johnson
Of Swiss and German lineage,Delilah married Elijah A.Johnson 11/22/1829 in Marion County, MO and together they begat 16 children. They joined the Campbells with whom they helped make Fine Peach Brandy sold in New Orleans. They helped the slaves until the Civil War when their lives were all at risk and they moved 1st to N.Mo and then to Ellsworth,KS. All family members have been responsible, hardworking Christians and are proud of these forefathers and foremothers who made it possible.
