My grandfather's brother, Charles Clinton Alexander, Jr. married Lida Maybey, OCT 19, 1885, I think this was in Ironton, Ohio, but I'm not sure. She passed away on SEP 30, 1966. I don't know where she died. Her husband died in Wynnewood, Montgomery County, PA. Vineline, N. J. is not too far from Wynnewood, which is a suburb of Philadelphia.
Do you think that this is a relation to your Dorothy Marie Maybee?

Hi Susan, I just found your comment. I have to see if I can change my settings so that I can have them emailed. I haven't found them in my genealogy. Dorothy's mother came from England. Her father was Dutch. There are many variations of their name within the family, so it's still possible. His family had moved to Canada several generations back. They were cattle drovers. If you can find a connection please let me know!
Thanks!
Bridget
