When Ebenezer Logsdon was born on May 15, 1835, in Munfordville, Kentucky, his father, Joseph, was 47 and his mother, Nancy, was 39. He married Nancy Logsdon (Reames) and they had 10 children together. He then married Sarah Elizabeth Wilkerson and they had three children together between 1882 and 1891. He died on May 17, 1909, in Cub Run, Kentucky, at the age of 74.
