Edwin E. 'Sonny' Hunter, Texas
Edwin "Sonny" E. Hunter, a lifetime shrimper and boat builder in Rockport Texas, passed away on January 16, 2012. He was born February 10, 1941 in Woodsboro. He is survived by the mother (Carolyn Hunter) of his four children, Susan Hunter of Corpus Christi, Terri Sparck of Roundrock, Melissa Husi-Hunter of Basel, Switzerland, Eric Hunter of Columbia, Missouri. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness in Rockport, Texas on Saturday, January 28th at 3 p.m.
