This is a picture of my grandmother, Eliza (Tucker) Shepherd. She lived in Whitetop Virginia. She was a wonderful grandmother. She had 10 children. She was found on the door step of James and Betsy Tucker of NC. My mother remembers she had a brother they called "Hickory". She had a very hard life.
