Elsie Bell Perkins dau of Ike Bell from Dallas Paulding Co GA. Issac Bell lived and raised his family in Atlanta He was hit and killed by a street car. Elsie went to visis her niece in Florida and she and her niece were murdered by the nieces husband. Ike was son of Issac Tant Bell and Elizabeth Rawlings from Rome and Dallas GA. The bodys of Elsie and her niece were shipped back to Atlanta on a train.
