Elzora Major (sister of Beccie) was the daughter of George Major and the granddaughter of John Major & wife Mary Polly Gault of Knox County, Tennessee. Her father, George, sold the property he inherited from his father and moved his family to Arkansas; however, he came back to Knox County on several occasions to visit his sister (my g-grandmother Elizabeth Major who married John C. Cox). This old photo was found in the trunk of my g-aunt Harriet S. Cox Walker & provided by her granddaughter.
