Ernest (Hicks) Bell
This is Ernest Bell, my mother said it was
Joel Portwood or Uncle Ernest Bell, see below.
I was told that this is not Joel so I guess
that it is Ernest. I guess it kind of looked
like him when he was younger that I remember
him.

i am Joel Hulsey Portwood Jr. great grandson of Joel Hulsey,,,,my grandfather was winford better known as O.W. Portwood uncle chester did not die in a house fire but latter died of a heart attack,,,dunno who man in the picture is but i have a picture of joel h portwood and gene portwood as a young child,,,they moved to atlanta near inman yard not decatur,,,but any way i would like to talk to you,,,you can e-mail me at joelportwood@yahoo.com i live in rockmart ga very near braswell mt and there grave is at plesant grove church on braswell mt road,,,looking to hear from you
