Etta Mae (Waid) Miller: She was my grandmother & was the daughter of Abraham Waid & Eliza Fisk. She was also found INNOCENT of the crime that they say she committed. She was born May 5, 1880 in MI, & died in June 8,1955 in Lansing, MI. Abraham was the son of Andrew Gilbert Waid. The Waid's came from Crawford Co.,PA She married Charles Phillips, Oct. 3, 1898 in Howell, MI. They had a son, Fred Phillips. She married Alvin Miller April 16, 1904 in Howell, MI. There children were Frank, Eliza, & Alvira.

My father's side is full blood Sicilian and my mother's side is a combination of Welsh, Scottish, German and a few other European cultures. One of my more colorful (ahem black sheep) family members came over on the Mayflower. He was among the first to be hanged in the New World for a criminal offense he made while onboard the ship.
