I believe that this picture was taken abt 1916/1917 and is (from left to right), Franklin Grundy "F.G. or Frank" Petty (b: 04 March 1910); Charles Martin "Charley" Petty (b: 20 Nov 1883); Ethel Madge Petty (b: 02 March 1914); Lucy Ethel Tinney Petty (b: 13 December 1908) and Vera Mae Petty (b: 10 November 1908).

Sorry, but on the above comment, I listed the birthdate of Lucy Ethel Tinney Petty incorrectly...she was born 13 December 1888.
