Fred Buck c1900

I have one photograph of Fred Buck. The photograph measures 3" X 4" is enclosed in a 9" X 9" bi-folded photographers folder. Would estimate taken in late 1800's or early 1900's. There is a photographers name (Winner) on the folder but no physical location noted. Written, in ink, at the bottom of the folder is: "Fred Buck Grandpa".
