Gene Allen Akins

Technically, his Social Security Card said 'Gene Allan Akins', but it wasn't until I was in ninth grade that he realized that he had spelled it 'Allen' his entire life. My father lived a majority of my life in southern California, between San Diego, Poway, and Temecula. During my childhood and high school career, he was a computer programmer for his own business, MomoTek, and he worked hard at what he did. He has two children (my brother, David; and myself, Chelsea); he had two ex-wives (Susan and Donna); and nine brothers and sisters. His parents were E. Akins and Lorietta Langenburg (married name, not maiden). He died too young of a MRSA infection, diabetes, and resulting complications.
