George Hugh Rice, age 8, of County Athlone, Ireland, traveled 3rd class on the Titanic in Queenstown Ireland with his mother and 10 year old brother Albert and 3 younger brothers. The family was seen clinging to a stern during the sinking. George's body was never found.
