GG Grandmother Sarah

We have no idea where this photo was taken - Family legend says that it was New Zealand. Sarah was born in 1862. Married Fitzherbert Williams in 1881. Has a daughter Millicent in 1889 and was then widowed in 1890. Left Millicent in UK and emigrated after 1891 census but before 1901.

I would be thrilled if anyone could identify the location of this photo. Or if anyone recognises Sarah and can tell me what happened to her as we can find no records. She had signed the back Love and Best Wishes Sarah C.
