Grandmother Eva Emma
Eva Emma Bunce MARSHALL

This is my darlin Grandmother. My Mother, Margaret Bolingbroke Marshall
and her sister Mary (Molly) Harriet Marshall were just 2 and 3 years old when this wonderful woman came to Canada from Old Bradwell in England to care for them. Eva was a childhood friend of my Grandfather, Harry Percival Marshall, when he grew up in Old Bradwell, England. HP had set out for Canada and married Mary Alexander Marshall in Alberta. Mary sadly died of the spanish influenza pandemic in Canada, in 1918 after the first World War. Eva came to Canada by Grandfathers request to care for the children. They married in 1920 and had 7 more children. She passed away in 1982 at the age of 90 leaving 30 plus Grandchildren. She was a gentle and kind soul.
Date & Place: in Alberta Canada
