Neoda Clara Cooper of New Berlin, Waukesha County, WI was born on August 31, 1907 in Muskego to Edward August Gross and Franziska "Frances" Henrietta (Kamrath) Gross. She had siblings Herbert August William Gross and Irma Caroline Gross. She married Milton Cooper, and had children Herbert Milton Cooper, Frances Dorothy (Cooper) Schrank, Mildred Mae (Cooper) Gadzalinski, Ronald Loren Cooper, Glenn Harold Cooper, and Nancy Lou Geraldine Cooper. Neoda Cooper died at age 68 years old on September 24, 1975 in Muskego.
