Howard Raymond Jarrell
Howard was born 06 Aug 1932 in Adams county, Ohio, the only child of James Earl & Mary Lucille White Jarrell. He passed away 27 Oct 2003 in Miami, florida. He was very active in doing Jarrell research and was very willing to help others in their research as well.
