Ira Mounce
This is my grandpa. He was born around the year 1901 in Combs AR. He is the son of William Riley "Dick" Mounce and Elizabeth Jane "Lackey" Mounce. I don't know if this picture was taken in OK or AR. He married Ocie Oler Deaton.
