(Hammett) Richey was born in Allen co. Ky.7-23-1865.He was the father of Maude, Florence, John W. and a little boy that died as a baby by his 1st. wife Mary Tinsley who died in 1894. He then married Nellie(Tibbs)in 1895 and they had Mary,Joe,Maggie,Ishmael, Millard,Little Charlie and Jesse Richey.
