James Henry Scott of Melbourne Street - Hulme, in Manchester, Greater Manchester County, England United Kingdom was born in 1873 at Home Cobden Street - Ardwick, in Manchester, Lancashire County to Mary Mckenzie Scott and Jeremiah Scott. He had siblings Mary Christina Scott, Lavina Rebecca Scott, Malcolm Scott, Annie Matilda Scott, Alice Louisa Scott, Florence Scott, John William Scott, James Henry Scott, George Albert Scott, Fanny Adelia Scott, Malcolm Scott, Betsy Maude Scott, and Annie Matilda Scott. James was baptized on April 20, 1873 at St Philip in Manchester, Greater Manchester County. He married Elizabeth Boniface, and had children Winifred Mulelly, Ethel Scott, Stanley Scott, and Sydney Scott. James Scott died at age 42 years old on January 12, 1916 at Southport Infirmary in Southport, Merseyside County, and was buried on January 17, 1916 at Manchester Southern Cemetery S. Ce. 792..
