Margaret (Wren) Fraser
Margaret was the daughter of John Wren, blacksmith, of Brigham near Cockermouth, Cumberland, and Margaret Barwise. She had two older sisters, Elizabeth (1820) and Jane (1823). There was possibly a third sister Mary (born and died 1830). The family moved to Liverpool after 1830 and John became a boarding house keeper. Margaret married Scotsman Alexander McCrimen in Liverpool in 1844 and had two daughters, Elizabeth Jane (1845) and Isabelle (1847). She married second Scotsman James Fraser in Liverpool in 1853 and had a son, James wren Fraser, in 1862.
