Jesse S Rupert New Waterford Jesse S Rupert, 75, of the Youngstown East Liverpool Road, a farmer died of complications Tuesday evening at 6:40 at Salem City Hospital where he was admitted Sunday. He had been ill four years. Born Feb 11, 1881, in Fairfield Township, he was the son of Enoch C and Irene Vollnogle Rupert. He had lived on the Rupert farm his lifetime. An 1899 Graduate of Columbiana High School, he attended Ohio State University. He was a member of the New Waterford Presbyterian Church. On Aug 30, 1910, he was married to Mabel Bierman, who survives.
