Jessie Prince Rutledge, son of Jesse Prince Rutledge and Martha Goodwin:
born in 1895 in Pelzer,SC, died in 1970 in Anderson, SC. He served in WWI with the 323rd Infantry, 81st Division in France. He was a disabled veteran. Jessie Prince Rutledge married Ruby Eugenia Ellison. They lived in Belton, SC (Anderson County SC) and had 9 children but 3 died at birth.
